About the time owner, Curt Kempton, graduated from Arizona State University’s business school (WP Carey School of Business), his entrepreneurial spirit began to break free.  Curt’s believes that “service trades” could use a lesson in customer service; so he developed the “5 Star Commitment”, designed to ensure happy customers.  Then he decided on window cleaning, only after putting the customers needs and desires first.  We are a family owned & operated business. If you ever have a question or concern, you will have every opportunity to speak with either Rachel or Curt… the owners. We don’t want payment unless you are completely satisfied with our work. Customer referrals are what drive our company’s organic growth, and we are willing to do what it takes to earn and keep you as our personal cheerleader!

Enjoy our employees

You shouldn’t have to worry about letting someone scary into your home; all employees get a background check and must meet strict appearance & cleanliness standards. Our employees will be as clean as a freshly washed window (at least when they show up for work…).  It’s not uncommon to look out your window and hear our crew singing, laughing, or whistling as they work together.  Is it the 112 degree temperature cooking our brains? No.  Well, maybe.  But if we are going to work, we might as well have some fun and leave our problems somewhere that they won’t bother you.

We are crazy about clean

Booties will be worn by any 5 Star worker who enters your home. We make sure our soap gets mopped off of your sills. We believe that when we are done cleaning your windows, there shouldn’t be another mess for you to clean up.

What about rain?

We don’t get much rain here in the desert; but if it does, we’ve got you covered.

Did you say you want to pay by credit card?  No problem.

We heard you would like to get your blinds dusted around the same time your windows were cleaned. We heard you and added that service to our offerings.
