Your Windows Will be Perfect on Oct 1st, or We’ll Come Back… FOR FREE!

Any residence that has their windows cleaned during these dates gets an added assurance that we will come back and wash your windows for free!
What’s All the BUZZ?
If you have us clean your windows any time from August 15th through September 30th, we give you a special insurance: Your windows will be sparkling clean when the monsoon rolls out of town. You have no worries, whatsoever. We promise that if the monsoon storms come by and mess up our beautiful work, all you have to do is call us. We will guarantee any residential window cleanings despite what Mother Nature throws your way. Could it be possible that you have the cleanest windows ever in the middle of monsoon season? Yep!
So our desire to work during this time of year is 100% to the benefit of our customers, new and old. No contracts, no hassles, and no kidding!

We will come back to wash the affected exterior windows for free of charge sometime between these dates.
When are the Re-Cleans?
We will come back to wash any dirty windows reported between October 1st & October 15th. Potentially, we could spend every waking hour of those 2 weeks washing windows for free. That’s a gamble we are willing to take for our customers. Why would we do such a thing? Two reasons: 1.) Waiting for monsoon season to get over is a long time for us to twiddle our thumbs! 2.) We love our customers and see this as a way to show our appreciation for letting us serve you!
Keep in mind that because our schedule will most likely be pretty full during these two weeks, we may not be able to give you the actual time that we will show up, but since it is an exterior cleaning, it will not be necessary for you to be there.

You must call to request your free cleaning between these dates!
What’s the Catch?
Really, there is no catch– we’re offering this to all of our residential customers to allow you the freedom of having your windows cleaned in this crazy time without any worries.
We do, however, ask a couple things to help keep this possible mayhem from getting too out of control.
- We will be taking your calls between October 1st-8th to report windows that have been dirtied. We can’t schedule re-cleans before the 1st, because if there is a clean rain before then, it very well could re-clean your windows for us. We need you to confirm that your windows are in fact dirty sometime within that week (Oct 1st-8th). This is a way to ensure that we aren’t driving all over town chasing windows that are already clean… Sounds weird, we know, but we’ve done it– and it’s very, very sad.
- We need you to understand that normally we are extremely serious about arriving on time and being prompt (it’s part of our 5-star commitment) but for this occasion– and this occasion only– we are not confident that we can tell you the exact time we will be doing the re-cleaning. It’s not because we don’t want to; it’s because we will have many people to see and the jobs will vary greatly in the amount of time that they take. For example: One house might have only a few windows affected, and another might need every single window re-washed. This will make it quite difficult to commit to exact arrival times. There is, however, a redeeming factor. Because monsoons only dirty windows on the outside, you won’t need to be there when we do the re-clean. As long as you make sure that the gate is unlocked for us on the day we are coming, and any vicious or escape-prone dogs are inside or in his/her kennel we will come and go while you are out and about doing whatever you like. We won’t need to come inside, and therefore a re-clean should not interfere with whatever you’re up to!
- This offer is only for residential customers. And we are booking monsoon jobs on a first come-first served basis (not the re-cleans, we’ll do whatever it takes to get those done), so we can only offer the re-cleans to the lucky soul who is able to get their appointment scheduled the fastest… So what are you waiting for? Call now at 480-246-2920. If we don’t answer, leave a message for Pete’s sake! We’ll call you back and get you all set up!
